| 摘 要： | 以人为本是一个历史范畴。从社会的发展提示以人为本的内涵是随着时代的变迁而从传统向现代过渡,即实现从匮乏的资源基础到发达的经济基础、从人身依附到人的平等与自由、从权益与道德的分离到有机结合的价值取向、从单一到多样的社会功能的转变。

| Abstract: | "People-oriented" is a historical category.From the view of development of society,this article points out that with the changes of the times,the contents of "People-oriented" transit from the traditional society to the contemporary society,that is: from the deficient foundations of resources to the developed economic base;from the interdependence to the equality and freedom of human beings;from the separation of rights,interests and morality to the organic combination of the selection of value;and the shifts from the single to multiple functions of society. |
