| 摘 要： | 通过对比较优势理论的研究,构建了比较优势的评价指标体系,分析了各种比较优势的判定识别方法及适用范围,运用静态比较优势理论对大庆地区的各大产业及若干工业企业部门进行分析,得出第二产业为优势产业,工业中的石油和天然气开采业、石油加工及炼焦业为大庆地区具有明显比较优势的行业。并对大庆地区的油田工业、石油炼化产业及非石油产业持续发展提出了战略措施。

| Abstract: | Through the study on the comparative advantage theory,this paper constructs the evaluating indices of the comparative advantages,and analyzes different kinds of comparative advantage identification methods and the application scope.It makes use of the static comparative advantage theory to analyze each big industry and some industrial business enterprises in Daqing,and then concludes that the second series of industries,which includes petroleum and natural gas exploitation,oil processing and coking,have obvious comparative advantage.Based on the above,the paper proposes the tactics about sustainable development of petroleum industry,oil processing industry and other non-petroleum industries. |
