| Abstract: | The founding of state-owned assets supervision and administration commission of the State Council changed the rights and duties among government, managers of state-owned enterprises and the staff.Meanwhile,it brought a good opportunity to make new laws. Amendments to the legal system of state-owned assets management and the supervision mechanism of state-owned enterprise are strong safeguards against the reform of state-owned enterprise. |
