首届“中国四库学高层论坛”上的讲话，分为两大部分，一是关于如何推动《四库全书》研究，也就是以《四库全书》为底本的中华文化研究如何开展。二是在新时期推动新抄《四库全书》活动，也就是以《四库全书》为底本的文化现象怎样光大。研究《四库全书》，就是对中华文明的解说。新抄《四库全书》就是要写汉字、识繁体、读古人、学文化。

Speech Made at the First Summit Forum on Chinese Siku Studies

This article is a speech made at the first Summit Forum on Chinese Siku Studies. The paper is composed of two parts. The first part concerns the questions of how to promote the study of Siku Quanshu and how to promote the study of Chinese culture based on the Siku Quanshu. The second part devotes to the promotion of re-copying the Siku Quanshu and the promotion of the development of cultural phenomena based on Siku Quanshu.The research of Siku Quanshu is itself a process interpreting Chinese Civilization. Re-copying Siku Quanshu means writing Chinese characters, studying traditional Chinese characters, reading texts from ancient people and learning Chinese culture.
