新时期反腐败机制构建研究

面对党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争依然严峻复杂的形势，急需构建不敢腐不能腐不想腐的反腐败机制。加快不敢腐不能腐不想腐的机制建设，是党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的重要内容，对有效化解和消除腐败的危险，形成廉洁的政治局面有着重要意义。当前，急需保持惩腐之“势”，增强刮骨疗毒的政治定力，形成“不敢腐”的有效机制;整治腐败之“源”，扎牢反腐败的制度笼子，形成“不能腐”的有效机制;补足精神之“钙”，构筑拒腐防变的廉政防线，形成“不想腐”的有效机制。

Study of Construction of Anti-Corruption Mechanism in the New Era

In face of the severe and complicated situation of constructing Party conduction and an honest and clean government and combating corruption, an anti-corruption mechanism that Communist Party cadres dare not to corrupt, cannot corrupt and will not easily corrupt is in urgent need. Accelerating the construction of an anti-corruption mechanism that Communist Party cadres dare not to corrupt, cannot corrupt and will not easily corrupt is a vital part of the construction of the Party conduct and an honest and clean government and anti-corruption struggle. It is also of great significance of avoiding and eliminating the risk of corruption, and thereby contributes to political honesty. At present, we should maintain good momentum of anti-corruption campaign and enhance the political willpower to scrape the poison off the bone, punish corruption at its source and reinforce the cage of power regulation and strengthen the awareness of constructing a defensive line of honest politics, which altogether consequently make for an effective mechanism that communist party cadres dare not to corrupt, cannot corrupt and will not easily corrupt.
