公共管理人才培养中的行政法教学

我国高校公共管理类专业行政法教学一直袭用法学专业教学模式，本文对此提出了不同的意见。笔者认为，与法学专业培养“法律工作者”的目标不同，公共管理专业的着眼点是培养“公共管理者”，因此，公共管理专业人才培养中的行政法教学应当在教学目标、教学内容和教学方法等方面突出自身的特点。
