| 摘 要： | 国际贸易理论是森林认证的重要理论依据之一。国际贸易理论对森林认证体系发展及实施的影响主要体现在以下三个方面 :非关税壁垒或绿色壁垒、贸易与环境的相互影响以及出口限制政策。该文认为 ,研究国际贸易理论与森林认证的关系问题 ,是中国制定和实施森林认证政策的一项基础工作
