| 摘 要： | "和平演变"政策又称"演变"政策,是冷战年代美国对社会主义国家的基本外交政策.该政策思想随着加世纪50年代国际局势的发展而逐渐丰富和完善,并先后在南斯拉夫和波兰有了初步的实践,最终以1958年NSC5811/1文件出台而宣告最终全面完成.其最初是针对东欧社会主义国家而提出的,以后逐步扩展成为在冷战时期美国对社会主义国家的基本政策.

| Abstract: | The "Peaceful Evolution policy",namely "Evolution policy" was a basic foreign policy towards the socialist countries during the cold war.The ideology came into being and grew to maturity in accordance with international situation in 1950's,carried out in Yugoslavia and Poland at first,and finished completely according to NSC5811/1 in 1958.The U.S.government established the policy "Peaceful Evolution" to Eastern Europe communist countries originally,and it become gradually a basic foreign policy of U.S.towards all the socialist nations during the cold war. |
