| 摘 要： | 本文采用案例研究的分析方法,以在中国最早成立的国际合资企业之一的北京.松下显象管有限责任公司为例,讨论企业战略生态的演进过程,以及本土合资伙伴如何充分利用跨国公司的技术和市场平台,向跨国公司学习技术和管理经验。我们发现,尽管合资企业在战略上要求服务于跨国公司的全球战略,但能够动态地平衡国际化和本土化间的关系;尽管合资企业的技术引进和技术学习路径上受制于跨国公司知识产权的限制,但他们能够通过这个过程建立学习机制和学习能力,并通过持续的研发投资和技术引进发展创新能力。虽然本文的研究结论并不能直接加以推广,但本研究对处于转型经济中的本土合资伙伴建立学习机制,提升战略水平和技术能力具有重要的启发意义。
