| 摘 要： | 大量的投资推动重庆经济高速增长,投资效率决定着重庆经济增长的可持续性。利用ICOR指标的分析表明,重庆直辖以来,投资效率不高且有恶化的趋势。从产业结构的角度来看,造成这一现象的原因主要是产业结构不协调,表现为:第一产业投资薄弱;第三产业投资效率低却占用了大量的投资;第二产业的投资效率虽高于第三产业,但还有很大的提升空间。优化投资产业结构、提高投资效率的对策是:加强第一产业基础建设投资;统筹协调第二产业投资,优化产业内部投资结构;发展生产性服务行业,提高房地产和公共事业投资效率。
