| 摘 要： | 本研究以卡特尔的 16种人格测验为测试工具 ,对参加省级骨干培训的部分中小学校长和教师进行了测试。结果 :中小学校长与中小学教师在人格上存在差异 ,且整体上校长优于教师的人格特征 ;高中校长与高中教师、小学校长与小学教师的人格差异较大 ,而初中校长与初中教师的人格特征差异不大

| Abstract: | Using the 16 Personality Factors by Cartel as the testing instrument,this paper tests some of the primary and high school teachers and headmasters attending the Province Scale Training Program.The results are the following:1)There exist some differences between the Personality of primary and high school headmasters and that of teachers of the same level and the former is suprior to the latter.2)The gap between senior high school headmasters and teachers and that between primary school headmasters and teachers are very great,while the gap between the junior high school headmasters and teachers is not evident. |
