| 摘 要： | 网络虚拟社会逐渐构成高等学校校园生活的一部分。辅导员是大学生网络思想政治教育的重要力量。然而,由于辅导员队伍的职业素养、教育内容和教育过程以及理论研究相对滞后,影响了教育的实效性。只有形成虚拟与现实两种教育氛围的交融互动,才有可能进一步提高网络思想政治教育的有效性。
