山东省文化产业基地建设对策研究

文化产业基地的建设已成为全世界有关城市发展文化产业、建设创意城市的重要举措。在当前金融危机的背景下，以“文化地产为保障、文化旅游为基础、文化创意为核心、文化传播为宗旨”的文化产业基地建设，对提升地产品质，拉动地产行业回升，刺激国家经济活力也有着积极意义。山东省文化产业基地建设取得了一定的成就，但也存在许多不足。推动文化产业跨越式发展，充分发挥文化产业基地的集聚效应，必须创新政府管理形式；重视软环境建设；构建完整产业链；形成产、学、研通力合作机制。
