| 摘 要： | 产权是信用存在的前提,产权明晰有强化信用的作用,而良好的信用对产权也有维护作用.内生信用的实质是契约的自我实施,互惠互利、相互约束以及关系契约是信用内生的重要条件.外生信用依靠第三方约束来实现.非正式的第三方约束依靠信息传播实现治理,而正式的第三方约束则依靠国家的强制力量保障契约的实施.公平公正是对第三方约束的内在要求.
