推进我国义工制度化,构建和谐社会

本文阐释了义工制度化是有效发掘义工辅助社会保障体系重要资源,并有利于弘扬中华民族的传统美德。指出了我国义工活动中出现的问题,即缺少社会氛围、流于形式且有作秀之嫌疑;缺少资金支持;义工素质与水平有待提高;高尚的义工活动被滥用。提出了解决问题的方法:加快立法步伐,使义工活动制度化、规范化;加大宣传力度,形成良好的社会氛围;借鉴发达国家和地区的成功经验;增加投资;义工活动内容与形式应与时俱进。

Pushing forward the Institutionalization of Volunteer in Our Country and Setting up Harmonious Society

This paper explains that the institutionalization of volunteer is to discover the important resources of the volunteer's assisting social safeguard system effectively,and it is advantageous to expand Chinese traditional virtue.Problems appeared in volunteer activity in our country are as follows:the lack of the social atmosphere and the volunteer activity becomes formalistic;the want for funds support;the quality of volunteer need to be raised;the noble volunteer activity is abused.The measures to solve the problem are as follows:speeding up the law-making step and making the volunteer activity systemized and standardized;strengthening propaganda to form a good social atmosphere;drawing successful experience from the developed countries and regions;enlarging investment,the content and form of volunteer activity should be advanced with the time.
