| 摘 要： | 资本主义有无限扩张的内在动力 ,从 1 9世纪末期开始 ,1 0 0余年来西方资本主义国家已经发生了五次企业并购高潮。在对这五次并购浪潮回顾的基础上 ,可以发现企业并购对资本主义国家的资本集中和经济发展起到了有力的推动作用
