| 摘 要： | 法院调解制度作为法院结案方式的一种在我国司法实践中发挥着重要作用，其利弊和改革也是学者们广泛争论的问题之一。应从法院调解制度为何存在入手，结合我国相关法律法规，对法院调解制度存在的问题和改革措施进行思考，在此基础上提出完善对策。

| Abstract: | Court mediation system plays an important role in China as a way of ending a case,and extensive disputes on its pros and cons are common among scholars.Reflections on the problems and reforms of court mediation system are suggested to be based on the existing reasons of court mediation system,combining with China's relevant laws and regulations.Countermeasures are proposed in this paper. |
