| 摘 要： | 积极心理学认为,在逆境中个体能够表现出良好的适应,这是人的心理韧性在发挥作用。培养贫困大学生的心理韧性,应对＂贫困循环＂,需要通过引导其积极合理地认知贫困,培养其积极的心理韧性特质,建立良好的社会支持,加强贫困大学生生存技能的训练等途径得以实现。 |

| Abstract: | Positive psychology holds that individual can show a good fit in the face of adversity,which is a reflection of man's psychological resilience.This article offers several ways to cultivate poverty-stricken college students' resilience to avoid poverty cycle such as to construct positive and rational cognition of poverty,to cultivate positive resilience characteristics,to establish good social support,and to enhance the training of survival skills. |
