| 摘 要： | 近年来,江苏省委、省政府做出了建设＂文化强省＂的战略部署。2009年,国务院通过了《江苏沿海地区发展规划》,江苏沿海的连云港、盐城、南通的发展上升到国家战略层面,成为江苏新的经济增长极。江苏省明确提出将在2012年使得文化产业发展成为国民经济支柱产业的战略目标。在加快发展江苏沿海区域经济的同时,加快开发江苏沿海文化产业,需要从政府组织、行业管理、资金支持、政策辅助等方面提供条件,确保江苏沿海与江苏其他地区文化产业协调发展,努力构筑新的文化产业高地。
