| 摘 要： | 随着高校大学生党员数量的不断增多,加强大学生党员教育与管理已是高校党建工作的一项重要内容。从大学生党建工作的实际出发,就大学生党员教育与管理过程中所存在的问题进行透析,并从改革创新的思路出发,就其坚持专项主题教育为主,构建教育学习机制、示范机制、实践机制、激励机制体系进行探讨,以期使大学生党员教育与管理工作在实践中取得实效。

| Abstract: | With the increasing of the college student Party members,the education and management of this group calls for more concern.This paper analyzed the existing problems in the education and management of student Party members from the point of practice.It elaborates the domination of theme education,and the construction of learning mechanism,demonstration mechanism,practice mechanism,and incentive mechanism,in the hope of improving effectiveness in practical work. |
