| 摘 要： | "双师型"人才是师范院校培养的具有教师资格和能力又具备相关专业知识技能的应用型人才.笔者就"双师型"教师的建设培养途径、素质要求提出了看法.基于社会对专业"双师型"人才需求发展的需求,结合河北科技师范学院教学实践,指出了"双师型"人才培养模式的目标内涵,提出了"双师型"人才培养"主修+辅修"、"理论+技能"、"国内+国外"、"校内教育+校外教育"、"学年学分制+完全学分制"为主体的人才培养模式.对"双师型"人才培养模式的教学体系建设也进行了探讨.
