| 摘 要： | 为了有效地接受和实施企业资源计划系统,通过理论分析和实证研究,提出了影响企业接受企业资源计划系统因素的模型。模型表明:企业规模、组织结构的分权程度、企业文化的变革程度、企业所处环境的不确定性与企业接受企业资源计划正相关;企业绩效与企业接受企业资源计划负相关。该模型有助于较好地理解企业资源计划系统的普及过程,对于目前方兴未艾的企业资源计划的应用具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | To adopt and implement Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) effectively, this paper develops a model of the key factors influencing the adoption of ERP by the theoretical analysis and empirical research. The model shows:enterprise size, division of power within organizational structure, reformation of enterprise culture and environmental uncertainty are positively relative with the degree of adopting ERP by enterprise;enterprise performance is negatively relative with the degree of adopting ERP by enterprise. The model provides a better understanding of ERP diffusion process and has a guiding significance for the ERP application which is now in the ascendant. |
