| 摘 要： | 企业技术创新和产品开发能力、企业所拥有的物资资源和企业的信息沟通状况,以及企业的核心竞争力等方面的非结构性因素优势能够给企业带来活力,成为企业活力的源泉.但企业融资结构、治理结构和组织结构等结构性因素优势对企业活力的贡献更具有根本性.同时企业所处的生命周期阶段对企业活力的影响也具有一定的决定性作用.企业活力状态是由这三个方面的因素所共同决定的结果.

| Abstract: | The advantage of non-structural factors can brings corporation the dynamics,become the fountain of corporation dynamics,such as the ability of technology innovation and product development,the material resources,the information transmission and the heart competition ability,but the contribution of structural factors advantage is more important than that of non-structural factors.The stage of corporation life also has some power to make decision to the corporation dynamics.The corporation dynamics is decided by structural factors,no-structural factors and stage of corporation life. |
