| 摘 要： | 文章认为,革命功能不是《共产党宣言》的惟一功能。《共产党宣言》作为共产党人的完备的理论和实践的党纲,有革命功能,也有建设功能。理解和运用《共产党宣言》中的建设思想颇为重要。邓小平、江泽民深刻认识和掌握《共产党宣言》的建设功能,并在有中国特色社会主义的建设实践中丰富和发展了《共产党宣言》的建设理论。

| Abstract: | The present paper argues that The Communist Manifesto （ 1848 ） does not only advocate revolutions ; that, as a theoretical and practical banner of the communists, it is of constructive as well as revolutionary functions. It is, therefore, important to understand and apply the constructive theories therein. Chinese leaders, such as Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin, have gained an insight into its essence, and have enriched and further developed its constructive theories in their efforts to construct the socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
