摘    要:从内外控人格特质理论视角出发,用实证方法研究内外控人格特质与员工工作满意度间的关系。研究结果表明:内外控人格特质表现出与工作满意度间的显著正向关系;内外控人格特质对工作满意度间4个维度有较为显著预测作用;内外控人格特质可直接影响整体工作满意度,也可将其中3个维度作为中介变量对其产生影响;个人属性变量不可充当内外控人格特质与工作满意度间的中介因子。

Empirical Study on the Relationship between the Locus of Control and Employees~ Job Satisfaction

Abstract:The relationship between the locus of control and job satisfaction is studied empirically with the theory of the locus of control. The results indicate :The relationship between locus of control and job satisfaction is significantly correlated ;Locus of control plays a significant role in forecasting the job satisfaction's four dimen- sions. Locus of control can directly impact the overall job satisfaction, and the three dimensions can also be a mediating variable to have an impact on it ;The locus of control isnt the mediate variab]e between personal attrib- utes and job satisfaction.
