摘    要:协调的劳动关系是企业稳定、社会和谐的基础.要想构建和谐劳动关系,要从劳动关系生成的市场环境入手,从劳动关系主体双方(劳动者、用人单位或雇主)的博弈对比力量出发,通过政府(第三方主体)、劳动者、用人单位(或雇主)及工会组织(协调主体)各自发挥主观能动性,这样才能变为现实.

Abstract:It is enterprise's stability,society's harmonious foundation that the work of the coordination is concerned.If you want to structure the harmonious relation of working,should start with working in the market environment that the relation produces,concern chess match of subject both sides(labourer,employing unit,employer) compare with strength set out working,through government(third party subject),labourer,employing unit(or employer) and trade union(coordinate subject) give play to the subjective initiative each,could turn into reality in this way.
