| 摘 要： | 西方环境伦理思想诉诸抽象的人性现念。以形而上学的人性论为其理论基础和立论依据。非人类中心论的人性预设是"自然人"。所谓"自然人"。指的是立足于人的自然性,在生物学或生态学意义上理解的"人"。"自然人"预设的逻辑悖谬表现为"德性"悖论、"利己"悖论和"歧视"悖论,其理论原因则是由于误解了生态学。

| Abstract: | The western environmental ethics takes the metaphysical theory of humanity as its founda- tion.Basing on the abstract humanity of the"natural person"hypothesis,the non-anthropocentrism only emphasizes the natural characters of human beings confined in the biology or in the ecology,which is misunderstood to be the causes of the moral character paradox,the egoism paradox and the discrimina- tion paradox. |
