| 摘 要： | 近来年,我国高专教育的发展取得了很大的进步,但毕业生的就业形势并不乐观,主要原因在于高专院校在培养目标、教育教学以及外部环境方面,很少注重学生的可持续发展。从学生能力素质要求、职业定位及高专教育的发展趋向等方面看,高专院校学生必须具备可持续发展性。学校应在引导学生树立终身学习的理念、帮助学生进行职业生涯设计,以及合理设置专业课程等方面下功夫。

| Abstract: | Compared with general higher education, tertiary vocational education is still very young in spite of its rapid development.Based on the shortage of training ability and quality in vocational colleges,this paper tries to analyzes the necessity of students'sustainable development of vocational colleges from three angles, such as ability ,occupation and developing trend of higher vocational education.Then it puts forward some measures. |
