| 摘 要： | 中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分 ,是国民经济运行和发展的基础性力量。我国中小企业在迅猛发展的同时 ,也面临着严重的融资困难 ,一直存在两种“缺口” ,即“权益资本融资缺口”和“债务资本融资缺口”。针对造成我国中小企业融资困难的原因 ,其解决对策是构建适合中小企业特征的间接融资市场体系和直接融资市场体系。 |

| Abstract: | The Small and medium-sized enterprises are important component of the national economy, and the basic strength that the national economy is running and developing. The small and medium-sized enterprises of our country face the serious difficulties of raising money while developing rapidly. Two kinds of breaches, namely "capital financing shortfall of rights and interests" and "capital financing shortfall of the debt", have existed all the time. The countermeasures to resolve the difficulties of raising money of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country are to structure the market system of indirect raising money and the market system of direct raising money. |
