高校知识产权管理中存在的问题及对策

针对高校知识产权管理工作实际,分析了目前在中国高校科技创新实际工作中,知识产权管理存在的一些问题和制约因素,得出了高校应从明确指导思想、确立知识产权战略、健全知识产权管理组织体系、建立正确的政策导向、完善规章制度等方面提高知识产权效用,提升知识产权管理水平的结论。

Problems and countermeasures of intellectual property management in university

In view of the reality of the intellectual property management in the university,the paper analyses a number of problems and constraints in intellectual property management in the current scientific and technological innovation practical work.It is concluded that the colleges and universities should improve the effectiveness of intellectual property rights and enhance the level of intellectual property management from explicating the guiding ideology of colleges and universities,establishing intellectual property strategy, perfecting a system of intellectual property management organizations, establishing the right policy direction and improving the rules and regulations, etc.
