| 摘 要： | 如何注意从国际视角出发,集中论述邓小平科技思想对中国现代化的重要指导作用,是本文的重要创新之处.主要是:实现四个现代化不仅是从中国国情实际出发考虑的,很大程度是根据世界现代科学技术发展趋势提出来的;实现现代化必须坚持对外开放,在依靠自己力量的同时,应充分利用国外的先进技术和资金;中国必须重视世界高科技领域的竞争,发展自己的高科技;向科学技术现代化进军,不仅要注意培养大量的又红又专的人才,更要注意培养世界一流的科学家、工程技术专家.

| Abstract: | The paper focuses its attention on the guiding role of Deng's idea of science and technology viewed from worldwide perspective.It is concluded that the proposal of China's modernization is based not only on the China's national condition,but also on the international situation and development in terms of modern science and technology. |
