| 摘 要： | 随着我国对外投资规模的不断扩大,对外投资与母国企业竞争力提高之间的互相影响会不断增强。借助经典R＆D溢出回归模型,测算了1982-2008年间的全要素生产率、国内研发存量及对外直接投资所吸收的国外R＆D资本溢出,探寻对外直接投资溢出的R＆D资本对全要素生产率的影响。值得肯定的是,对外直接投资确实存在逆向技术溢出,对国内技术提高有积极作用。但是,国内R＆D资本存量是国内技术进步的重要因素,自主研发是技术进步的重要源泉。
