经济现代化视角下加快我国自主创新进程的路径思考

针对我国二元经济结构阻碍了以生产力发展和经济结构优化为特征的经济现代化进程的现状,“十一五”规划将自主创新提升到国家战略高度加以倡导。指出自主创新极大地提升了生产要素的配置效率和质量,加快了我国的经济现代化进程,阐明了自主创新应立足国情并着眼于经济现代化,并从教育、制度、渠道、动力、文化、服务等6个方面对自主创新的实现路径进行了探讨。

The Pondering Over the Route to Accelerate the Process of Chinese Independent Innovation in the Perspective of Economic Modernization

With a view over the fact that the dual economic structure hinders the process of China's economic modernization characterized by the development of productivity and the optimization of the economic structure, "The 11th five year plan", upgrading the independent innovation as the state's strategy, is in a position not only to raise the configuration efficiency and the quality of the essential productive factors, but also to promote the process of our economic modernization. At the same time, the plan illuminates that the independent innovation should be based on national conditions with a view over the economic modernization. This paper emphatically probes into the effective route to realize the independent innovation from six aspects: education, institution, channel, power, culture and service.
