摘    要:作为美育重要组成部分的音乐教育,其作用和功能一直未被人们充分认识。文章对智育与音乐教育的本质属性和潜在特征进行分析,揭示了这两种教育形态之间存在着既独立并存、不可替代,又相互促进、协调发展的关系,并从生理和心理的两个层面,诠释了音乐教育在开启学生智力、培育创新精神方面所发挥的独特作用,进而呼吁人们像对待智育一样关注音乐教育的发展。

Abstract:The function and effect of music education,as an essential part of aesthetic education,have long been ignored by people.This paper reveals the relationship between music education and intellectual education by analyzing their nature and potential characteristics.They are independent and irreplaceable to each other,and enjoy mutual promotion and coordinated development.From the physical and psychological perspective,the paper explains the effect and charm of music education on developing students' intellectual ability and innovation so as to call on people to attach the same importance to music education as that to intellectual education.
