The: Family-Resemblance of the Concept of "Philosophy" and the Problem of Discipline Paradigm of "Chinese Philosophy'

Starting from the Wittgenstein's concept of family-resemblance, this essay regards "Philosophy" as a concept and mode of thought with such resemblance. The resemblances and differences among various kinds of philosophical activities are interwoven into networks, which indicate the richness and colorfulness of philosophy and expand our understanding of human intellectual life. Based on such recognition, the essay advocates extensive philosophical dialogues and views this as one of the main approaches in developing "Chinese philosophy".
