长江经济带高质量创新与绿色经济耦合协调研究

高质量创新是国家创新驱动战略的关键和基础,而绿色经济是生产生活永续发展的必要条件。为了检验高质量创新能否与生态环境协调发展问题,基于高质量创新和绿色经济的内涵,测度长江经济带11个省市高质量创新系统与绿色经济系统的综合评分,通过耦合协调度评价模型评判两系统的协调性及滞后类型。结果显示经济带下游区域高质量创新与绿色经济达到勉强协调阶段,而中上游区域尚处于濒临失调阶段。同时,高质量创新显著影响绿色经济,而绿色经济对高质量创新的促进作用有待增强。为此,应实施差异化产业发展策略,推动研发环保技术和高效率技术,开拓绿色产业的发展前景。

Research on the Coupling and Coordination between High Quality Innovation and Green Economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

High quality innovation is the key and foundation of national innovation driven strategy,and green economy is the necessary condition for sustainable development of production and life.In order to test whether the high-quality innovation can coordinate with the ecological environment,based on the connotation of high-quality innovation and green economy,it measures the comprehensive scores of high-quality innovation system and green economy system in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River economic belt,and evaluates the coordination and lag type of the two systems through the coupling coordination degree evaluation model.The results reflect that high-quality innovation and green economy in the downstream area of economic belt have achieved a barely coordinated stage,while the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River are still on the verge of maladjustment.Meanwhile,high-quality innovation has important implications for green economy by granger causality test,while the role of green economy in promoting high-quality innovation needs to be strengthened.For this reason,it is proposed to carry out differentiated industrial strategies,push forward technologic research for environmental protection and efficient production,and open up green economy prospect.
