| 摘 要： | 新时代中国特色社会主义背景下,对人才培养的质量需求尤为迫切,传统育人观念显露问题。新时期高校必须转变观念,落实“立德树人”根本任务;聚焦思政工作存在的问题,构建“全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人”工作体系,全面提升高校思想政治工作的针对性和实效性,是新时期高校思政教育必须解决的现实问题。

| Abstract: | Under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the traditional concepts of education have been found unable to meet the demands over talent cultivation quality.In the new era,universities must change their concepts and implement the fundamental task of“cultivating people by virtue”by focusing on the problems existing in ideological and political work and constructing a work system of“all-participation education,all-process education,and all-round education”to comprehensively improve the ideological and political work in universities and resolve those practical problems that have to be addressed. |
