| 摘 要： | 经济全球化的实质是世界范围内的市场经济化,其对发展中国家存在着金融风险、非公平待遇、收益低、承受的受损多等影响。为此,发展中国家在经济全球化进程中应加快国内制度的改革和建设,使之更适应全球市场规则;充分发挥比较优势,积极扩大对外贸易;注重科技发展和人力资源培养战略;树立全球化发展战略,积极培育跨国公司;进一步促进地区经济一体化。
