我国西部资本市场发展探讨

资本市场是调整经济结构、推动区域经济发展的重要工具,我国西部地区经济发展滞后,资本市场发展缓慢,与东部地区差距不断扩大,仅依靠国家政策很难有效提高西部资本形成能力进而缩小区域经济差距;在对发展我国西部资本市场诸观点进行评析的基础上,运用实证分析方法论证了建立西部资本市场的必要性和可行性,并提出了具体的对策思路和发展措施。

A Probe into the Development of Capital Market of Western Regions in China

The capital market is an important tool to adjust economic structure and to promote the regional economic development. The economic development in western regions lags behind other regions in China and the western capital market of China also grows slowly. Simply relying on state policies is very difficult to effectively improve the capital-form ability or to reduce the regional economic disparity. Based on the analysis of all views to develop western capital market of our country, this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of establishing the western capital market, and finally puts forward the concrete countermeasure.
