| 摘 要： | 大学时期是大学生逐渐从青少年向成人过渡的重要时期,是其身心发展的高峰期。培养健康的身心素质单靠传统的教育方式和方法已经难以奏效,而音乐美育将是培养当代大学生健康心理素质的有效方法之一。文章针对大学生的心理特点,探讨了音乐美育的愉悦性、情感性和交往性等三方面对大学生心理健康的作用,并提出了具体的实施方法。

Study on musical aesthetic education to college students' psychological health |

| Abstract: | The college age is an important period for students gradually translating from teenagers to adults,and is climax of their physical and psychological health development.It is unefficient to feed the healthy qualities according to traditional education methods,but musical aesthetic education is one of the efficient ways to do it.Based on the students' psychological characteristic,the function of joviality,feeling and communication of musical aesthetic education to the students' psychological health is studied,and practical measures are pointed out in this paper. |
