| 摘 要： | 文章在分析湖南农业推广现状的基础上,结合现阶段湖南农业生产的基本特征,阐明了农业推广人员素质低、农技队伍不稳定、农业推广经费严重短缺以及单一的农业推广体系是现阶段湖南农业推广工作面临的主要问题,并提出了构建湖南农业推广体系的基本思路。

| Abstract: | This text presents the essential feature of agricultural production of Hunan on the basis of analyzing the current situation,and expounds that low quality of agricultural extension workers,unstable agrotechnical team and serious shortage of funds and single system are the main problems of the agricultural extension work of Hunan on the present stage.It also puts forward the basic thinking of constructing the agricultural extension system in Hunan. |
