| 摘 要： | 目前我国高职教育在政府的重视下,取得可喜的成果。高职办学正在迅速发展,正在为社会快出人才而奋斗。而当今我国加入WTO后,经济全面与国际接轨,我国正在成为全球制造业的加工中心。外国企业正在国内高起点建厂,各企业为增强竞争能力,已开始广泛使用先进的数控技术。目前数控人才的缺乏已成为中国制造加工业高速发展的瓶颈,三年制培养时间过长,不能适应现在发展的需要,将三年制改为二年制的培养模式势在必行。在最短时间内培养出适合各企业紧缺的数控人才,解决企业招工难的问题。 |

| Abstract: | The scale of vocational college has been developed rapidly since China's entry into WTO.Chi- na is now becoming the global manufacturing center.The advanced digital control technology has been widely applied into domestic enterprises.However,the lack of digital control talent has blocked the accel- eration of manufacturing industry in China.Therefore,it should be set as the training direction in voca- tional colleges to train technical and practical talents. |
