借鉴异国经验之道：基于本土发展的对话与创造

我国各个领域通过借鉴异国经验来解决自己的问题,在改革开放之后更甚。在这个过程中,出现了各种各样的借鉴方式,其中“移植式”、“启发式”、“演绎式”为多。文章从“生命体成长”视角提出,结合“校本”研究这个具体主题,探讨了为了有效地借鉴异国经验之道,至少要在两个基本方面不断获得提升,才能真正焕发出它们的威力：对话中对异国经验的到位理解,实践中基于本土的创造性转化,以最终实现基于本土发展的对话与创造。
