| 摘 要： | 国际法基本原则的内容不是一成不变的。随着全球化程度的逐渐加深，“人类共同利益”日益凸显。“人类共同利益”已在国际法各领域的条约中有所体现．且已具备强行法性质，符合构成国际法基本原则的条件，应成为一项国际法的基本原则。

| Abstract: | The basic principle of international law is always changing. Along with the deepening of globalization, the ＂common interests of mankind＂ have become ever-increasingly important. With the nature of jus cogens, they can be found in many treaties of international law. Besides, the ＂principle of common interests of mankind＂ conforms to the requirement of a basic principle of international law, so it ought to be treated as such. |
