| 摘 要： | 熟语是语言中经过长期使用而高度凝炼的固定短语或句子，蕴含着丰富的文化内涵。选取英汉熟语中与动物有关的一类词语进行研究探讨，认为英汉熟语在词语选用上存在着词语缺失、词语增补、词语偏离等错位现象，进而探究错位背后的深层次原因：一是居住环境的不同，二是社会习俗的不同，三是历史文化积淀的不同，四是宗教信仰的不同。

| Abstract: | Idioms, which are highly refined and fixed phrases or sentences over a long time, contain rich cultural connotations. Selecting idioms related to animals in the English and Chinese languages, this paper explores on the phenomenon of word dislocation, including vacancy, supplementation and deviation. It further discusses the deep-rooted reasons behind such a dislocation, which can be attributed to the difference of living environments, social customs, histories, cultures and religious belief. |
