| 摘 要： | 文章分析了博弈论用于建筑工程投标报价策略研究的可行性,阐述了在工程量清单计价及合理低价中标的招投标模式下投标报价的均衡问题,揭示了在供大于求的市场环境中,企业自愿选择不低于成本的低价策略的合理性及其所包含的博弈论思想,为招投标管理和承包商投标报价提出了一些建议,并基于博弈论尝试建立投标报价策略模型.

| Abstract: | In this article,the feasibility of game theory's usage in the bidding strategy was analyzed and the matter of equilibrium in the bid competition based on the bill of quantities was discussed.The bidding strategy adopted by the contractor was analyzed.The paper concludes the rationality of the contractor's choice of lower price from the point of game theory if the supplies surpass the demands in the market.Some suggestions were proposed for the bidding administration as well as contractors.A bid competition model based on the game theory was also established in a tentative way. |
