| Abstract: | The opening up of western China is not merely a economic increase quota,but a system engineering,it in-clude cultural construction,ecological environment,civil degree and so on.In this paper,the author made a discussion on the relationship between Islam and exploitation of western China from economic development, cultural construction, ecolog-ical protection, the open polocy. |
