| Abstract: | Land expropriation has become a hot society allsidedly. The establishment of a series focal issue in course of constructing an affluent of infringing law systems for land expropriation is the essential crux of the problem. Therefore, forming forceful and proper procedures for land expropriation will be a prime legal channel to solve the problem effectively. |
