| 摘 要： | 化解人民内部矛盾是当前构建和谐社会的重要环节。和谐社会并不是没有矛盾或冲突的社会,而是一个有能力化解和容纳矛盾或冲突的社会。化解人民内部矛盾关键在于构建科学有效的矛盾化解机制,这个机制的构建主要是从观念范畴和实践范畴两个路径上展开的。
