| 摘 要： | 专利资助对专利申请的质量和数量产生重要影响。随着专利资助政策的普及,各种专利事业暴露的弊端也日益凸显。本文以广东省专利资助政策为例,系统梳理政府资助政策的特征及存在的问题,并提出进一步改进建议。

| Abstract: | The policy of patent funding has an important impact on the quality and quantity of patent applications.With the popularity of patent subsidy policy,various shortcomings have become increasingly prominent. The paper,based on patent subsidy policy in Guangdong province,systematically analyzes the characteristics of funding policies and their problems,and makes recommendations for further improvement. |
